Free Monthly survivHERS Group Discussions
survivHERs Group Discussions are free, monthly educational conversations created for individuals navigating menopause and long-term health after cancer. These sessions are designed to provide clarity, reassurance, and practical guidance during a time that can feel confusing or overwhelming.
Each discussion features nationally recognized experts in menopause, oncology, sexual health, bone health, and healthy aging. Topics focus on the real-life intersection of cancer treatment, menopause symptoms, and long-term wellbeing—offering clear, evidence-based information you can use to better understand your body, your options, and your care.
What to Expect
Each month, Dr. Lisa Larkin is joined by a trusted expert to lead an engaging, supportive conversation centered on menopause after cancer. Sessions are approachable, informative, and grounded in science—while acknowledging the very real questions, concerns, and uncertainties survivors face.
survivHERs Group Discussions are designed to feel inclusive and welcoming, with space for learning, reflection, and connection. These conversations recognize that survivorship is not one-size-fits-all and that evidence is still evolving. Our goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and less alone as you navigate life after cancer.
